Collegiate Delegate

Delegates must be onsite by 1 p.m. Thursday for training. 

If a collegian wants to upgrade to a single room, the price is $100 extra per night for a total of $300 for three nights. 

*The registration fee for collegiate delegate packages will be taken out of the chapter's bank account via ACH. No payment will need to be made up front when registering.

Alumnae Delegate

Pink Package

Payment Plans

Payment plans will be available for bronze, pink and blue packages and can be selected during the registration process. A deposit will be required during registration. Once registered, you will pay bi-monthly and receive reminder emails and updates. We encourage you to register as soon as possible so that you have the most time possible to pay off the remaining balance. All payment plans are due by May 17, 2024. You can pay those in the designated schedule, pay more than what you need at a time or pay them all off at once.

Hotel

Non-delegates will book hotel rooms on their own via a booking link provided by the hotel, or by calling the hotel directly. Please visit our FAQ page to view hotel booking information.

Please note: A la carte selections are for non-delegates and do not include gifts, hotel accommodations, travel, airport transportation, etc. The only thing included in your purchase is the meal that is designated. Breakfast is not an a la carte add on option. 

All a la carte registrations will automatically be charged a $100 registration fee at checkout. This is a one-time fee to cover additional costs associated with the event.
