Waivers

REQUIRED ATTENDEE WAIVERS

If a delegate cannot commit to attending the event for the entire time, they must submit a waiver to request to be absent from the event, to arrive late or to depart early. Waivers will be approved in accordance with the Travel and Event Policy.

To submit a waiver, delegates should email dgevents@deltagamma.org.

The assistant director for events will work with the director of training, development and member experience to process and approve Fraternity waivers. Any waivers for the Foundation will be forwarded to the Foundation events and executive operations manager for approval. 

If an alumnae or collegiate delegate is not able to attend, please work to find someone else in your chapter who can take your place. Please email dgevents@deltagamma.org to notify the events team once someone has been determined to alert the event team of your replacement. 

A waiver will be required if a member of Leadership, collegiate or alumnae delegate requests to arrive late, depart early or cannot attend.  Attendance waivers should be submitted no later than Friday, November 17, for Leadership and Friday, March 29, for collegiate and alumnae delegates. 

Rooming waivers will be approved in accordance with the Travel and Event Policy.  Rooming waivers should be submitted no later than Friday, November 17, for Leadership and Friday, March 29, for collegiate and alumnae delegates. Please email dgevents@deltagamma.org to request a rooming waiver.
