Wednesday, June 26  

• 5:30 p.m. Fraternity Directors and Regional Directors need to arrive on Wednesday, June 26 by 5:30 p.m. to be present for the Awards Banquet rehearsal from 6 – 7:15 p.m.   

• 7 p.m. All remaining Leadership attendees need to arrive on Wednesday, June 26 by 7 p.m. to be present for dinner from 7:30 – 9 p.m.  

Leadership attendees need to be present at all anchored events through the Fraternity Banquet and Celebration ending at 11 p.m. on Saturday, June 29.  

A waiver will be required if the Leadership attendee is requesting to arrive late, depart early, or cannot attend.  

Wednesday, June 26 or Thursday, June 27  

• Collegiate and Alumnae delegates should plan to arrive on Thursday, June 27. All delegates should be present for functional training on Thursday, June 27, beginning at 2 p.m. and should be onsite no later than 1 p.m. Collegiate and Alumnae delegates may arrive on Wednesday, June 26, if their travel requirements dictate.  

• Collegiate and Alumnae delegates need to be present at all anchored events through the Fraternity Banquet and Celebration ending at 11 p.m. on Saturday, June 29.  

A waiver will be required if the attendee is requesting to arrive late, depart early or cannot attend.  

All non-delegates may arrive at their leisure.
