Flights

Leadership attendees will be strongly encouraged to use Altour Travel to book flights for Convention but may book travel on their own if preferred. The Events Team will provide Altour Travel with the list of names approved to book flights that should be charged to Delta Gamma.   

Flights for Leadership must be booked by Friday, May 3, 2024, as the Fraternity and Foundation pay for these flights directly or through reimbursement.  

Collegiate and alumnae delegates are encouraged to book their flights no later than May 3, 2024. We strongly advise that as soon as an attendee has received registration confirmation, the flights should be booked to coordinate the lowest prices and best seat options. Both collegiate and alumnae delegates are to be onsite no later than 1 p.m. PST on Thursday, June 27, 2024 to begin training at 2 p.m. 

Ground transportation will be available for Leadership, collegiate and alumnae delegates and Bronze package attendees.  If you have a pink or blue package, you will be responsible for transportation to and from the airport. 

Buses will pick up at the Palm Springs International Airport (PSP) and drop off at the JW Marriott Palm Desert on Wednesday and Thursday, June 26-27, from 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. and will take attendees to the airport on Sunday, June 30 from 5 a.m. – 6 p.m. Anyone arriving or departing outside of the listed days and times above are encouraged to Uber/Lyft/cab to the resort.
