ATTENDEE TYPES

We are excited to welcome sisters and guests to Dallas-Fort Worth as we gather for sisterhood and business.

In general, there are two types of attendees: Delegates and non-delegates. Delegates are voting members, and non-delegates are nonvoting members or guests.

The information below outlines the two attendee types and their voting or non-voting rights.

Fraternity Required Attendees

This group includes both voting delegates and non-delegates, all of whom are essential to the energy, leadership, and success of Delta Gamma. Every required attendee plays a vital role in shaping our conversations, decisions, and shared future.

Foundation Required Attendees

Foundation required attendees include both voting delegates and non-delegates who are deeply connected to the mission and impact of the Foundation. While voting privileges are reserved for Foundation voting delegates during Foundation meetings, every attendee’s presence and engagement are valued and celebrated.

Housing Required Attendees

Housing required attendees are made up of voting delegates and non-delegates whose commitment and involvement support the strength and sustainability of our Housing operations. Each attendee contributes meaningfully to this important work.

Non-Delegates

Non-delegates are members and guests who enrich the Convention experience through their dedication, insight, and support. Though they do not hold a vote, they are an integral part of the Convention body, and their attendance and contributions are enthusiastically welcomed and appreciated.
