FLIGHTS

Leadership attendees are strongly encouraged to book flights through Altour Travel but may book independently. The events team will provide Altour with an approved list of Leadership whose flights should be billed to Delta Gamma. The Fraternity/Foundation will cover Leadership flights directly or via reimbursement. 

• Collegiate delegates must book through our preferred travel agent using chapter or personal payment. 
• Alumnae delegates may book independently or through Delta Gamma’s preferred travel agent. 

• All other attendees are responsible for booking their own flights. Early booking is recommended to secure the best fares and seats. 

Airport transportation for arrivals will not be provided. Attendees are encouraged to rideshare to the resort from the airport. The Convention property is conveniently located less than 10 minutes from the Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW). 

Bus transportation will be available on Sunday, June 28 for departures to Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DWF) only. Attendees utilizing Dallas Love Field (DAL) are responsible for their own transportation.  

Sunday departure bus transportation can be added on to any package for $30. Buses will begin service at 4:30 a.m. and service will end at 2 p.m. These times are final and will not be adjusted.
