Book Your Hotel
If you are a non-delegate or guest staying onsite at the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center, the deadline to book hotel rooms at the group rate is Monday, June 1. All rooms booked after that date are subject to the hotel’s availability and the rate at the time of booking. To book, call 1-877-491-5138 and ask to be placed in the Delta Gamma Convention block, or use our direct booking link.
Delegate Hotel Rooms
The events team is in the process of booking hotel accommodations on your behalf. All mutual Leadership delegate roommate requests will be honored, and other pairings will be made at the staff’s discretion. If you requested a rooming waiver, the events team has been in contact to confirm. All collegiate and alumnae delegates will be paired with a delegate in a similar region or chapter size. Roommate pairings and hotel confirmation numbers will be shared closer to the event.
Breakfast
You may notice that group breakfasts are not scheduled as part of Convention this year. This change was made for two primary reasons. First, based on past attendance patterns, even when breakfast has been provided, participation has been limited, resulting in significant food waste. Second, removing scheduled breakfast allows a slightly later start each day, providing attendees with the opportunity for additional rest and the ability to arrive at the first session feeling refreshed and ready to engage.
Additional information about the hotel’s breakfast options and in-room amenities will be shared closer to the event. We appreciate your understanding and willingness to embrace this adjusted approach.
Delegate Webinar
All delegates are encouraged to watch this webinar hosted by Fraternity Constitution and Elections Chair and Fraternity Parliamentarian. The webinar covers understanding your role as a Convention delegate, Fraternity Council and Fraternity Nominating Committee elections, the 2025-26 election guidelines, consent agenda and the proposed constitutional amendments.

Flying
Due to demand, flight costs are increasing and spots are limited. To ensure the best price and flight times, please book your flight as soon as possible. All flights should be booked by Friday, May 15.
Leadership delegates: You may book your own flights or use Debbie, our preferred travel agent.
Collegiate delegates: All collegiate delegates flying to the event are required to use the preferred travel agent, Debbie. If you have not booked your flights, please do so as soon as possible to ensure the best flight price and times. Flights are the responsibility of the chapter, so please work with your vp: finance to confirm payment details.
Alumnae delegates: You may book your flights on your own or through Debbie, our preferred travel agent. Alumnae chapters are responsible for all travel costs. Please work with your vp: finance to confirm reimbursement.
Driving
If you are driving to Convention, it is highly encouraged to book a rental car. Please see booking instructions below.
- Go to Enterprise or National Car to begin the rental reservation process. Use code XZ38DGF in the corporate code section of the reservation for discounted rates. This code works for both companies.
- Select the most economical car option that meets your needs (space for all passengers, luggage, etc. Cars should be booked for event dates only.)
- When choosing the payment method, select the option ‘pay with a personal card.’
- Decline all insurance coverage through the rental car agency upon booking and rental car pick up. You are covered by Delta Gamma’s insurance; cards are available in the Delta Gamma library.
- Save all detailed receipts and invoices for rental car reimbursement after the event.
You may use other car rental companies outside the ones listed above if the rate is better. Many states have laws that state the legal age to rent a car is 21. If you fall into that category, we recommend looking into Zipcar or a similar service to rent.
